Tolu Afonja
Tolu Afonja is a Trainer, Certified Integrative Life Coach, Speaker, and Human Resource Professional with experience cutting across Education, Banking, Consulting, and Coaching.
She facilitates the optimization of team productivity and performance within organizations through tailored retreats, training sessions, consulting, and coaching programs. She delivers these transformative solutions as the Lead Coach and Consultant with Evolve 2 Thrive Limited.
Formerly the Chief Operating Officer of OLCA Coaching Limited, she worked in various capacities with Kainos Edge Consulting Limited and AB Microfinance Bank Nigeria. Tolu has proven leadership experience in developing and aligning human resource strategies to improve organizational performance.
She has facilitated several interventions and projects for organizations, including AB Microfinance Bank; First Bank of Nigeria; FCMB; Bank of Kigali; IHS; Kenna Partners; Glo Nigeria Limited; Total Nigeria Plc; GLG Communications; Premium Trust Bank; PwC; Resource Intermediaries Limited; Amazon Energy; Shuttlers Nigeria; RT Briscoe, among others.
Currently, she serves as the Vice President of the Life Coaches Association of Nigeria (LCAN). She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN), Nigerian Institute for Training and Development (NITAD), and an accredited Management Trainer with the Nigerian Centre for Management Development (NCMD).

Ezeogu, Chukwuemeka Kayode
Ezeogu, Chukwuemeka Kayode is a Certified Leadership and Life Success Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, and Level 2 EFT and Matrix Re-Imprinting Practitioner. He holds degrees in Mathematics and Psychology.
His professional journey includes an eight-year tenure as a faculty member and Head of Academy and Coaching Services at the prestigious Olusola Lanre Coaching Academy (OLCA), now known as OLCA Coaching Ltd.
He has designed and facilitated certification programs for various cohorts in courses such as Life Coaching, Neurolinguistic Programming, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Emotional Intelligence, Communication, Sales, Customer Service, and Goal Setting.
His expertise has enabled him to deliver training and executive coaching interventions for clients including PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Resource Intermediaries Ltd (RIL), Amazon Energy, Eterna Oil, Eroton Exploration and Production Company, Bank of Kigali, I&M Bank Rwanda, and the Kwara State Government.
Ezeogu is also part of Nigeria’s first generation of Integrative Psychotherapists. He integrates his expertise in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and Matrix Reimprinting with his psychology training to help clients address mind, emotional, behavioural, and general life challenges. Over the past few years, he has worked with a vast number of clients, achieving remarkable results.
Sesi Toyin
Coach Sesi Toyin is an Author, Business Coach, and Executive Wellness Coach with an MA in Management from the University of Wolverhampton. She is certified in Integrative Attachment Theory (IAT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
She is known for curating healthy, unconventional approaches to shaping emotional connection across human relationships — in the workplace, within families, and in romantic partnerships.
Through her expertise, she helps individuals and organizational teams achieve peak emotional wellness, enabling them to become emotionally fit and mentally prepared to navigate life with clarity and resilience.
She is highly skilled in subconscious mind reprogramming and applies creative, relatable, and non-traditional techniques for emotional healing and mindset transformation.
As an Executive Coach and Organisational Culture Management Consultant trained at the University of Wolverhampton (MA), she has worked with several international organizations and start-ups to cultivate sustainable communication and learning cultures. Her work has significantly improved individual performance, increased organizational revenue, and enhanced the efficiency of management processes.
Femi Luther – Abegunde (FLA)
Femi Luther – Abegunde (FLA) is a certified Human Resource Professional, Peak Performance Coach, Life Strategist, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner, Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner, and Management Consultant. He helps individuals and organisations transition from where they are to where they want to be by bridging the gap between potential and performance. His areas of influence include Human Resource Management, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Emotional Intelligence, Coaching, Human Capital Development, Strategy, Mind Engineering, and Thought Architecture.
FLA is a Certified Life Coach, Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) with the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI). He is also a Fellow of the International Management Consultants Certification Board (FIMCB). With over 12 years of experience in Human Resources and Consulting, he is recognised as a rising force in the field of management consulting.
Driven by a passion to understand and optimise human potential, FLA has built extensive experience in performance management, human resource management, programme design and implementation, team development and facilitation, project management, curriculum development, change management, strategic planning, execution, priority setting, and task delegation. An alumnus of Bulletproof Manager, he has served as a Senior Consultant with Kainos Edge Consulting Limited, Head of Learning Design and Implementation at SoftSkills Management Consultants, and an Analyst with Human Performance Solutions.
A graduate of Computer Science, FLA also holds an Executive Master’s in Project Management and a Professional Master’s in International Law and Diplomacy. He has consulted for numerous organisations, designing and implementing tailored projects to meet specific organisational needs.
Passionate about engineering minds and thoughts toward effectiveness, Femi has authored several books to share the wealth of knowledge he has accumulated over the years. His publications include The Power Dimension, Built to Stand, The Nonsense Called Success, The Energy of an Ex-Partner, My Thoughts on 50 Things, Put on Your Pants, The R Factor, Chronicles of Life, The Laws of Works, Tools for the Journey, and Ministry 101.
